1. Select Currencies

   First, choose the currency you are sending and the currency your beneficiary will receive.

2. Fill in Delivery Method and Beneficiary Details

   Specify the delivery method for the transfer and provide the necessary details of the beneficiary, including their name and contact information.

3. Review Transaction Summary

   Carefully check the transaction summary to ensure all details are correct, including the exchange rate and fees.

4. Pay with Your Preferred Payment Method

   Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) and complete the payment.

5. Upload Proof of Receipt

   After making the payment, upload proof of receipt (such as a payment confirmation or bank receipt) to the platform.

6. Complete the Transaction

   Submit the transaction. Your transfer will be processed as soon as we receive and verify your payment and the associated proof of receipt.

This process ensures that your transaction is handled efficiently and securely, with prompt processing upon verification.

1. Launch the App

   Open the Hakach Transfer app on your device. Ensure you have a stable internet connection to proceed smoothly.

2. Click on ‘Open Account’ or ‘Sign Up’

   On the app's welcome screen, locate and tap on the ‘Open Account’ or ‘Sign Up’ button to start the registration process.

3. Fill in Your Basic Information

   You will be directed to a form where you'll need to provide some basic details:

   • Full Name: Enter your first and last name.
   • Email Address: Provide a valid email address that you can access easily.
   • Create a Password: Choose a secure password that you will use to log in to your account.
4. Profile Page

   After submitting your basic information, you will be prompted to the profile page where you can complete the rest of your account setup.

5. Add Your Phone Number

   On the profile page, enter your phone number. This may be used for account recovery and transaction confirmations.

6. Verify Your Email

   Check your email inbox for a verification email from Hakach. Click on the verification link provided in the email to confirm your email address.

7. Complete Your Profile Information

   Continue filling in the following details:

   • Nationality: Select your nationality from the dropdown list.
   • Gender: Choose your gender.
   • Country of Residence: Select the country where you currently reside.
   • Upload ID: Upload a valid form of identification (e.g., passport, driver's license) to verify your identity.
8. Complete the Registration

   Review all the information you've entered to ensure it’s accurate. Once satisfied, submit your registration.

9. Confirmation and Approval

   After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your registration. Your registration will then be reviewed. Once approved, you will receive another email confirming that your account is now active and ready for use.
